Why 21DP?

Why 21DP? - Kolkata's Strategic Boycott Campaign Against Zionist-Israeli Products

In the bustling streets of Kolkata, a silent protest echoes through the aisles of local stores—a movement born out of protest against the Israeli genocide in Palestine. The Boycott Campaign, now in its second phase, has become a symbol of resistance against the devastating and inhuman conditions created by the Zionist forces in Israel.

Why 21 Days?

"Why 21 days?" some may ask, and the answer lies in the strategic evolution of this impactful campaign. Initially, the movement kicked off with a shorter 7D7P (7 Days, 7 Products) initiative. This brief period served as a testing ground, urging the public to temporarily abstain from seven specified products. The rationale behind the 7-day duration was simple: to initiate change on a small scale. Asking individuals to permanently give up familiar products might be met with hesitation, but proposing a temporary pause was a more accessible challenge.

Why 21 Products?

As the 7D7P campaign gained momentum and the people embraced the idea of mindful consumer choices, the movement naturally progressed to its second phase, the 21DP campaign. Now, encompassing the original seven products, an additional 14 were included, making a total of 21 items. The expansion from 7 to 21 products represents a gradual escalation—an intentional strategy to deepen the impact of the boycott. Starting small and building momentum helps ease individuals into extended commitments. The public, having successfully removed the Zionist products from their daily lives during the initial 7-day campaign, is now invited to extend their commitment to 21 days.

Why Not Forever?

The decision to set a finite period for the boycott is strategic. Forever is a daunting commitment, and the objective is not to overwhelm but to create sustainable change over time. By incrementally increasing the duration and the number of boycotted products, the campaign aims to eradicate Zionist products from everyday lives. In this phased approach, the hope is that individuals will not only feel the tangible impact of their choices but also recognise the collective power of humanity united against Israeli terrorist atrocities. The gradual extension from 7 to 21 days is a testament to the resilience of the movement, proving that change is achievable even when taken one step at a time. The 21D 21P Boycott is not just a protest; it's a journey towards a future where Israeli and Zionist products no longer find a place in our household and lifestyle. Together, as the people of Kolkata and beyond, we stand for Palestine, unwavering in our belief that one day,

PALESTINE WILL BE FREE!
